How it works

A powerful event built around one impactful case study

State The Case is a turnkey, 50-minute virtual event. You bring the customer story and expert voices; the program provides the structure, moderation, and experience... as well as post-event ouputs and assets for your team.

Program fundamentals

  • Length:  50 minutes
  • Platform: Zoom
  • Room size: ≈ 12 curated buyers
  • Lead time: ~6 weeks from agreement to live event
  • Defined schedule: Tues or Thurs, 1:00 or 3:00 PM ET

Who it’s built for

The format is ideal for complex, high-consideration solutions where buyers need education, reassurance, and peer proof — not just more assets.

  • Enterprise and mid-market B2B
  • Technical, security, or data-sensitive offerings
  • Mission-critical platforms and services
Core elements

The five building blocks of a State The Case event

1. Case study selection

Your team identifies a single customer story that best shows your value with a clear challenge → solution → outcome arc and stakeholders similar to your target event audience.

2. Narrative shaping

The story is shaped into a concise, visual flow with our help. Our recommendation is  a 20 minute × 10-20 slides format, focusing only on what buyers truly need to know and leaving the rest of the meeting for moderated Q & A and discussions.

3. Audience curation

You define the ideal buyer profile and provide a targeted invite list that we'll use for outreach under our third-party brand. The audience will feel like they have been invited to a closed, expert event versus a "sales webinar".

4. Live facilitation

A neutral State The Case moderator hosts the session, frames the story, and guides discussion so it stays candid, balanced, and on track. The goal is a highly-effective event with engaged attendees.

5. Follow-up enablement

You get engagement insights, key questions, and themes that inform next steps for sales, marketing, and product.
